Save time and money by registering online. Please follow the prompts in the link below. Early Bird Registrations must be paid using the secure online credit card processor.

PLEASE NOTE: For each new registration, you must create a new login, to prevent registrations being overridden each registration must have a unique email address and login.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES AND FEES

Please review below the various registration fees, keeping in mind their closure dates. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate you are required to pay within 7 days of registering (except for early bird registrations, whereby payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering; please keep this in mind if you need to obtain prior authorisation. Please note not all registration fees include a Conference Dinner ticket.

Please note: A $20 fee applies to every Manual Registration received as indicated above. Registrations made after Wednesday, 30 August 2017 will incur a $50.00 LATE registration fee.

ACCS Membership
Become an ACCS member before you register for the Conference to save money and also receive all the ACCS membership benefits. Visit http://www.accs.org.au for more details and to become a member today!

Early Bird Registration fee is available until Wednesday, 14 June 2017. To receive the early bird rate you must register online and pay by credit card at the time of booking.

Standard Registration fee is available from Thursday, 15 June 2017 until Wednesday, 30 August 2017. Payment for this registration MUST be received by 1700 Wednesday, 30 August 2017. After this date the Standard rate expires and the LATE fee will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.

ACCS Fellow, Affiliate Nurse / Member Registration
Registration fees for ACCS Fellows, Affiliate Nurses and ACCS Members only. Registration lists will be sent to the ACCS periodically to check on delegate status. If a delegate registers incorrectly then the registration type will be changed to the correct one.

Single Day Registration fee is available until Wednesday, 30 August 2017. Payment for a single day registration MUST be received by 1700 (AEST) Wednesday, 30 August 2017. After this date the LATE fee will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations. Please note this registration fee does NOT include social function tickets.

NOTE: You can ONLY nominate one day to attend, if attending several days, please select a full conference registration.

Additional tickets may be purchased for delegates and accompanying persons to attend the social functions. Please indicate this during the registration process.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All fees are due upon the completion of registration. Where early bird prices are applicable, fees must be paid by the early bird date in order to receive the reduced rate. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Any outstanding fees are to be paid by the registrant upon arrival at the event; by failing to do so, the registrant will be required to provide credit card details to guarantee payment within two weeks after the completion of the event.

The conference only accepts AMEX, VISA and MasterCard. Credit card payments will appear as ‘International Conferences and Events (ICE) Aust.’

Cheque Payment
Please send a cheque made payable to ‘Cosmetex 2017’ with a completed registration form or invoice number.

Cancellations and Amendments
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd. by email to cosmetexreg@cosmetex.org.

Refunds
Registration cancellations received up to Wednesday 14th June 2017 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Wednesday 14th June and Wednesday 30th August 2017 will receive a 50% refund, less $150.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday 2 June 2017. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Wednesday 30th August 2017. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 additional fee.

Accommodation
Accommodation bookings will be charged a one nights deposit. Cancellations of bookings will be refunded up to 30 Calendar days prior to arrival, after which it is non-refundable.

Conditions
International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Disclaimer
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the conference program.

Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgeons and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgeons and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

Photography & Videography
While attending the conference you may be photographed or filmed. By registering for the conference you agree to these photographs or footage being used for promotional purposes.
