Paul Banwell
Paul Banwell is a Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon based in the South East of England. Paul has developed an international reputation in the fields of cosmetic surgery, skin health and skin cancer and lectures worldwide on these subjects. He has published extensively and is a Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School. He has just been listed in the Times Magazine as one of the UK's Top 100 Doctors (one of only 6 plastic surgeons) and is a familiar face in the National Media both on TV and in the Press.
Paul specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery but is particularly well known for breast augmentation, labiaplasty and mummy makeovers. He has also pioneered some of the latest concepts in skin health and chemical peels and is the Founder and Director the The Skin Institute UK.
Paul is a full member of the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He is also a founder member of the Safer Cosmetic Surgery group.
In his leisure time, Paul collects Japanese swords and tsubas, and enjoys garden design, surfing, skiing, running and is passionate about modern art.

In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Maas believes in the value of community service and for more than 15 years has provided his reconstructive surgery services free of charge to victims of domestic violence through a special project sponsored by the American Academy of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery. His highly successful “Books for Botox” project collects more than one thousand books annually for San Francisco, Marin and Truckee school children.

Daniel Elliott Rousso, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Rousso is internationally renowned for his contributions to the field of facial plastic surgery and limits his practice to this area. He is the author of several publications on facial plastic surgery and has been the director of multiple courses teaching other physicians the artistry and technique of these procedures.
Dr. Rousso is an immediate past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and also serves as a member of their Board of Directors. He is a Director of a Fellowship Program which trains young physicians under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and he is also a past President of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
Dr. Rousso is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Dr. Rousso has a private office located in Mountain Brook, Alabama where he has been practicing the artistry of facial plastic surgery for 25 years. The Rousso Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic is an AAAHC certified Ambulatory Surgery facility which includes surgery suites and a Medical Spa.

Adjunct Professor Cheryl Herbert
Adjunct Professor Cheryl Herbert is the CEO of the Health Quality and Complaints Commission. She was first appointed in September 2006 and reappointed in September 2011.
Cheryl joined the Commission as the founding CEO in September 2006 after 10 years as CEO of Spiritus (formerly St Luke’s Nursing Service), which she transformed to one of Queensland’s largest not-for-profit community organisations. As a registered nurse and midwife, Cheryl has worked in community, aged care and acute settings, as well as in academic and management positions. Cheryl is an Adjunct Professor of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Queensland. She holds positions on various boards and committees including Alcohol and Drug Foundation of Queensland, Wound Management CRC Pty Ltd, Greater Metro South Brisbane Medicare Local and Advisory Committees for the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and Queensland University of Technology Faculty of Health.

Andrew Saxton
Andrew Saxton is the Chairman of Partners at DibbsBarker and a Member of the National Insurance and Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Groups. He specialises in health law, insurance and risk management. He has delivered solutions to clients in the health industry, the insurance industry as well as in construction, retail, manufacturing and agriculture industries.
Andrew was judged by his peers to be the Best Lawyers Australian Medical Negligence Lawyer of the Year, Sydney 2011. In 2011, he was also judged to be one of Australia’s top lawyers in the category of Health and Aged Care. Andrew received recognition as one of Australia’s top lawyers for both Medical Negligence and Health & Aged Care in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Andrew has been proactive in the NSW legal community and was a member of the NSW Law Society’s Litigation Law and Practice Committee for over 10 years. He is currently the Law Society’s delegate on the District Court Rules Committee.

Marcus Warner
Marcus Warner is a consultant based in the rogenSi Sydney office.
Marcus has an extensive senior sales and marketing leadership background specifically in the healthcare, professional services and communications industry. His areas of specialisation are in senior leadership and change management, key account management and brand building.
Throughout his career in the pharmaceutical industry Marcus worked on a number of blockbuster drug launches in both regional and global branding roles. In particular he was very successful in developing the Key Opinion Leader program for AstraZeneca's launch of their super statin CRESTOR. Marcus brings a unique approach to developing and fostering senior executive relationships by bringing together different disciplines to align around a common goal, this is built from his experience as a Managing Director of a listed entity.
During his time with rogenSi Marcus has worked for clients in the Professional Services, Advertising/Communications, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services Industries.

Dhav Naidu
To say the veritable Dhav Naidu is passionate about beauty and style is an understatement. Travelling the globe, nurturing designers, unearthing beauty brands and working as creative director on shows in nearly all continents has allowed him to experience every aspect of the industry.
He eats, breathes and thrives on all things beauty, although he quickly adds it is a job not a lifestyle. Dhav works across the media from magazines to newspaper to television and within all aspects of new media. He is equally at home with a make-up brush or discovering a new beauty brand, deciphering new ingredients or miracle creams. He wishes his epitaph to be his lifelong mantra – "beauty is about enhancement not disguise."

Prof Paolo Bonan, BSc (Hons) FRCP
Prof Paolo Bonan has been a Professor at the Post-Graduated School of Dermatology for Dermatological Physiotherapy, Department of Dermatology, University of Florence since 1998. He has participated as a lecturer and/or chairman in numerous national and international congresses and courses held within the context of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, the Italian Society of Dermatology and Venereology and the Italian Association of Outpatient Dermatologists.

Professor Tony Chu, FRCP
Prof Chu trained at Guys Hospital, London, qualifying in 1975. He started his dermatology training at Guy's Hospital and after a research sabbatical year at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York, he completed has dermatology training at St John's Hospital for Diseases of the Skin in London. In 1982, he was awarded a Welcome Senior Research Fellowship and was appointed as a Senior Lecturer/Honorary Consultant Dermatologist at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital. He is currently Professor of Dermatologic Oncology, University of Buckingham and Consultant Dermatologist at Imperial Health Care Trust, Hammersmith Hospital and Ealing District Hospital.
Prof Chu was the founder of the Acne Support Group, the charity devoted to acne and rosacea. He developed and investigated the use of the NLite laser in the treatment of acne and runs a tertiary referral centre for patients with difficult acne. He introduced the Dermaroller into the UK and has pioneered the treatment of acne scarring in the UK.

Dr Sandeep Cliff qualified in 1991 from University College and Middlesex Medical School. After further training and experience he became a Consultant Dermatologist at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare Trust and Consultant Dermatologist and Mohs' Surgeon at St Helier University Hospital. He is a consultant in general dermatology with particular interests in: the diagnosis and management of all aspects of skin cancer including the treatment of acne scarring and laser treatment
Dr Cliff also offers a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments including anti-wrinkle treatment, fillers, chemical peels and dermabrasion.
Having specialised in dermatology for over 15 years Dr Cliff is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists as well as being an honorary senior lecturer at St George's Medical School in London.

Dr Patrick Micheels
A founding member and member of numerous specialist medical associations, Belgium-born Dr Patrick Micheels has undertaken advanced studies in Brussels, Paris and Geneva.
As part of his lifelong studies and qualifications in both applied medical and aesthetic areas of practice, Dr Micheels has been involved with the development of techniques used in mesotherapy, electrolysis, the use of lasers in dermatology, as well as applied examination of the role of radiology in therapeutic applications.
Dr Micheels is a graduate of the National College of Aesthetic Medicine, Paris, France, and has specialised in aesthetic medicine since 1997. He is the Vice President of the Swiss society of Mesotherapy, a member of both the Belgian and French Associations of Aesthetic Medicine and has been an instructor with the Anteis InjectNow Academy since September 2007.
Dr Micheels’ work and reported experience with using the Anteis suite of products have been used as part of the product launch of Belotero in the United States. His practice is located in Geneva, Switzerland, where he is also involved with the prestigious LaClinic Plastic Surgery Centre.

Dr Ava Shamban, M.D.
Ava Shamban M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and is licensed to practice medicine in California, New York and Hawaii. Dr. Shamban is the owner and director of two practices, The Laser Institute for Dermatology and European Skin Care in Santa Monica, CA and AVAMD Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology in Beverly Hills, CA. She serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the UCLA-Geffen School of Medicine.
As a key opinion leader in the field Dr Shamban has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on topics ranging from medical to cosmetic to laser dermatology. She is a pioneer in developing the multimodal treatment approach to acne, acne scars, pigmentary problems, rosacea as well as photoaging, and aging that includes the use of laser technology, injectables and at home programs. Her extraordinary approach to rejuvenating the face incorporates combinations of injectables like Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Botox and Dysport as well as lasers such as Fraxel, Active Fx, Isolaz and the radiofrequency devices Accent and Thermage. As a physician interested in teaching, she is a member of Allergan's National Exchange Forum, an instructor for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Fillers and Injectables course, and a lecturer for CME courses and prominent pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Shamban is a magna cum laude graduate from Harvard University. She received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve Medical School. She completed an internal medicine internship at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and went into practice as a general practitioner in California for two years. Dr Shamban then received a Dermatology Foundation Fellowship for the study of extra cellular matrix proteins, with Dr Jouni Uitto. Under his direction she performed bench research on the expression of the elastin gene in various genodermatoses. Dr. Shamban completed her dermatology residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in 1989.

Dr Nowell Solish, MD, FRCP

Dr. Nowell Solish, M.D., FRCP (C), graduated as a dermatologist from the University of Toronto, and subsequently specialized in surgical dermatology, training at the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia. During this time, Dr. Solish focused on cosmetic and skin cancer dermatologic surgery.
Today, Dr. Solish is a recognized specialist in the field of cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Solish is well known for his work with botulinum toxin and the cosmetic injectables.
Dr. Solish is an Assistant Professor at The University of Toronto, as well as the co-director of the Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer clinic at Women's College. He is the past president of The Canadian Society of Dermatologic surgery and a founding board member of the International Hyperhidrosis Society. He is a member of the American and Canadian Societies for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.
Academically, he is the director of Dermatologic surgery at the University of Toronto. He is also published in peer-reviewed journals, and lectures regularly on dermatologic surgery techniques at local, national and international medical meetings.
Dr. Solish is also a widely quoted media spokesperson on issues of surgical and cosmetic dermatology. His interviews include appearances on ABC news, CBC news, Global Television, The National, CBC Radio, and Citytv.

Susan H. Weinkle, MD
Susan H. Weinkle, M.D. is board-certified in Dermatology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Weinkle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in 1974 and completed her residency in Dermatology at Stanford University Medical Center in 1982, where she held the position of Chief Resident. In solo private practice since 1984, Dr. Weinkle specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology. She has held academic appointments at Stanford University Hospital, the University of California Irvine Medical Center, and most recently at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Weinkle is affiliated with numerous professional societies. She has served on the board of directors of the American Academy of Dermatology as well as the board of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and was most recently chosen as President Elect of the ASDS. She has also served as past President of the Women’s Dermatologic Society. In 2010, she was the recipient of the prestigious Rose Hirschler Award from that group. Dr. Weinkle serves as vice chairperson of the Dermatologic Foundation and is also a board trustee. She has also been recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Weinkle is a medical editor for The Journal of Dermatologic Surgery, Drugs in Dermatology and is on the editorial board of Practical Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology. She has published over a dozen articles on skin carcinoma, surgical techniques, and cosmetic therapies. She frequently lectures on behalf of the American Academy and other leading dermatology societies, both nationally and internationally. She has been voted one of the “Best Doctors“for the past ten years.
Dr. Weinkle is passionate about all aspects of dermatology: mentoring, scientific innovation, and building enduring relationships within the dermatology community. She lives in Bradenton, Florida, with her husband, an ophthalmologist, and their two children, ages 21 and 24.
