Please note: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
A $20 fee applies to every Manual Registration received as indicated above.
Early Bird Registration
To receive the Early Bird rate you must register by Wednesday 1 February 2012.
Please note: After Wednesday 1 February 2012, the Early Bird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
The deadline for all registrations is Wednesday 18 April 2012.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee. |

Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit Cards – MasterCard and VISA are accepted. Credit card payments will appear as ‘International Conferences and Events (ICE) Aust.’

Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay your registration fee by bank transfer select the "Please email me an invoice" option on the payment page of the online registration form and then email the Registration Manager at [email protected] to receive the bank details and instructions.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Refunds
Registration cancellations received up to Friday 30 March will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Saturday 31 March and Monday 16 April will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 16 April. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Monday 16 April at no charge. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the Conference will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Conditions
International Conference & Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conference & Events Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and / or a risk to others. Registrations received by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
